They do. Aimed towards the inside, unlike the Kooks.

There's a few pics of the Pacesetter TBSS headers both loose and on the engine stand in my engine 'build thread' here in the LSX forum. Not in the truck yet though...

Re: Recommended headers (ls) for dropmember 67-72??

got the tbss pacesetters in and put on tonite, pass side is good clears everything, driver side clears the control arm, it contacts the bottom edge of the frame a tad by the collector. the steering linkage might have issues, might have to modify a tube to clear.

Paul66: Do you have a close up of the collector hitting? How's the ground clearance?

no problem, i got tied up yesterday ill get some pics after work today. the steering linkage might work if you had a 3 joint set up i think im just gonna get the one header tube modified then send them out to get coated.

Re: Recommended headers (ls) for dropmember 67-72??

finally got some more pics sorry for the delay

clearance pics couple of where the driver side hits the bottom of the frame

how they tuck under the frame, definately enough ground clearance
driver side

pass side

hope it helps some. looking at your firewall picture i think im still going to just have my one header tube modifed. Ill know more when i get my cab back on the truck. Im going to stick with these headers cause i like how they tuck under the truck and clear the control arms. After i get the one tube modified i'll send the headers out to get coated.

i was gonna get #1 tube cut and rerun to follow along the bottom of #2 tube then back into where it is bent.

i think they would work in your application with no issues the headers seem to be pretty far back away from the stock crossmember.

Re: Recommended headers (ls) for dropmember 67-72??

I'm running a pb mild dropmember with a 5.3, and I'm liking the firmest of those tbss headers. So to make the steering linkage to work a pipe would defiantly have to be modified?
