For Don T.

Don T,

Is that a tilt column in your truck? Also, is it a Grant wheel? It looks like it is about an inch or 2 closer to the dash than stock - I want that but am unsure about the column/wheel combination to use.

By the way, looks very, very nice!

Don T. again

Just saw you are in AL. So, who ya for?

Wife, son, daughter-in-law all Auburn grads. Like all Auburn folks they didn't think they went to college - they thought they had died and gone to heaven for 4 years...

Nope, it's the stock column that originally had the 3-speed manual shift on it! If you look closely at the picture from the passenger side, you'll see the spot where it was mounted. And yes, it is a Grant wheel; one of the Collectors/Signature series wheels that's 14.5 " diameter. Works out pretty good as far as the overall package goes!

I'm from a family of Alabama alumni & it looks like my son may be getting a scholarship to U.A.H. so I guess I'll have to stick with Bama! I'm too busy with other stuff to spend much time watching ball games, though; they usually interfere with all of my hobbies!

Hey, alot of very nice trucks from you newbies out there.

Don T, if you ever feel like getting rid of that tailgate before your son ends up with the truck, my trash can is currently empty and I would be glad to dispose of it for you. Nice 67 you got there.......

BtnkBndt: Love the stepside; that's one sharp truck! I've always had a soft spot for them...

Pont: The boy started growling when he saw your post; said everybody needs to keep their paws off of HIS truck! Think he'll take good care of it since he knows I won't have any trouble finding another home for it if he mistreats it?

Still need to re-mount the pedal studs after putting in the new carpet... It works fine the way it is, though!
