Thats how I thought, frame hits before body so cut the bottoms of the frame rails. All I know is the truck lays with half the rockers cut and that was my goal. And if you cut the top or bottom off there still is the same amount of work. Im still not getting this " Waste of time" thing. I think there would be a little more work cutting the top off. But when its all said and done you still have a hammered truck, top or bottom.

Not to mention if you cut the top then you still have to deal with the bed. Are yall using 2x4 or 2x3.
