Good luck, Brandon. A coworker of mine went through that and it worked great for her.

No more dressing as Homer for Halloween, or being mistaken for Uncle Buck, huh?

Brandon, good luck man. a couple of the guys have mentioned bad things about the procedure, and yes they can happen, if you dont do what you're supposed to. i personally know of two people who have had the surgery done, my cousin, and a guy my mom used to work with. neither one of them have had any problems with it, but both did exactly as the doctors recomended. listen to them, and you should be fine. i wish you the best of luck, and hope to hear nothing but positive updates.

Mike I'm scheduled for it on the 22nd and may get home on the 25th (heck of a present huh ) and I can drink beer after that just not a 30 pack at a time like I try to now. It will be a few weeks till I can do it since my surgery is so evasive in the stomach. I can drink once everythign is good but in very small quantities. Heck who knows maybe I'll be a cheap drunk then

Side note: My wife's best friend had the same surgery done Tues. and went to see her and looks great. She's already walking on her own and expected to scome home soon. Hours after the surgery they had her walking around. She has to do laps around the area around the nurses station and back to her room. Pretty good walk for someone recovering from major surgery.
