ill let you run the numbers but it is possable for my setup to top out at 190 if it wasnt a barn lol but the numbers you need are tire size, axle ratio, red line, and trans gear ratios
the dyno numbers your gana have to wate for till the next dyno day because its cheaper and on a weekend and im not gana miss work for an online pissing match but i will post it! if you really wont the dyno numbers i have a print out of the same setup just in the red 2 wheel drive with the 4speed

tire size: 235/85r16
axle ratio: 4.10
red line: 6000
transmission ratios for nv4500 1st 5.61, 2nd 3.44, 3rd 1.71, 4th 1.00, 5th 0.73

28 inch tires and a 4.10 ratio sounds like rather low gearing. Combine that with a 383, the extra stroke will add torque but it reduces revs, I forsee a whopping top speed of like 85-90mph. Yeah, it will take off like a rocket (if you can keep traction) but I think you're gonna get beat on the top end.

I think with a 383 and 28 inch tires, he can pull significantly higher gearing than 4.10.
