I'm the furthest away from done that you can get: I haven't even started yet. This month though, I swear. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

far, far away. let's see all i need to do is replace all the sheetmetal from about 6 inches from the bottom of the cab down, replace all the front steering (tie rod ends and such) replace all the engine seals ( looks like the exxon valdez parked behind my house), redo the wiring (this thing had headlights right?), oh and put on a new box. then i can drive it. after that i'll still be far, far away!

My wife thought I was done when it came home from the paint shop then the tilt showed up and she discovered the 454 on the engine stand. Man I wish she would stay out of the garage.
I dought it will ever be COMPLETELY done as long as I own it.

Well 1 1/2 months ago I thought I was a 1/4th done. Found coolant in the oil, now I am about 1/10th done.

I'm not even sure how to measure where I am. If you look at it from the money perspective I am probably 18 to 20K away. If you look at it from the work to be done I am probably a year away. If you look at the time I have to work on the truck I am probably two years away. If you combine all of those I just don't have any idea.......*sigh*
