Re: Holley's New 67 Shop truck
We are using a new version of CPP spindles that narrows the track width a little, along with thier tubular upper and lower control arms.

Re: Holley's New 67 Shop truck
I think the truck looks great and personally like all sizes when it comes to wheels on our trucks. They look badass no matter if your running 15" rallys or 22" billets

Re: Holley's New 67 Shop truck
Yes, Holley will be selling the headers. We have to get bend and build fixtures made for them, so look for them to be available late 2010. Here are a few more updates.

Re: Holley's New 67 Shop truck
I love that truck and everything about it.....keep the picts coming.
I totally dislike "stock trucks" and I am not a purist either, to each it's own and I also dont like slots but it does not stop me from looking at picts as I enjoy them alot. I think of this site as like baskin robins we have several tastes. There are some that like them lifted, slammed, stock or mild totally custom, mildly custom or bone stock but at the end of the day we all love these buckets!!!

I am not a fan of 6 lug and 5 spoke together, but I love big wheels.

Re: Holley's New 67 Shop truck
The way I see it, the more exposure these trucks get, the more popular they become, and the value goes up.
There have been a lot of trucks build that aren't my favorite, but I still appreciate the effort put into them... P.S. - I like big wheels of a moderate size, like 24" or less!

Re: Holley's New 67 Shop truck
You guys can debate all you want about stock vs. custom rims, lg vs. small rims. 5X5 vs. car bolt patterns etc.
i still stand by my original assertion that the cardboard wheel covers are IT! The new thing---cheap and light. (or are they plywood?) The only problem is when it rains.......... Last edited by C-10 simplex; 05-23-2010 at 10:29 PM. |

Re: Holley's New 67 Shop truck
Sorry, but I totally disagree. NO wheels make these trucks. I personally don't like wheels over 17" on these trucks because of the small wheelswells, BUT 20's or 22's don't make them look bad to me, because they can be changed. No matter if they have steelies, caps, big wheels, classic wheels or whatever, they look good. The wheels don't make the truck.
