PowerBlock ’71 Chevy Cheyenne

Everyone has their own taste and even though certian aspects are not my particular taste I still think it is a sweet ride.I would be proud to cruise around in a ride that well built and would not give a crap about anyone elses opinion.If you don't like it thats ok "it's not yours".

When I saw that truck I thought it looked like an oversized hotwheels truck. There are a few things I would change if it were mine, but it's not. I think its not a bad looking truck overall.

whats wrong with that? i would prefer a patina truck or not so high dollar paint job now because you don't have to worry about it and alot of people now don't respect others stuff, just speaking from experience from my nova i spent $$$$ on painting it and i'm not having a trailer queen

Like the touch up job. Much nicer. I agree, the trim over the paint.. yuck! I didn't even mind the full billet grille too much. But the spoiler had to go. Looks like quality work otherwise.

I could lose that front spoiler in no time on our roads!! I like it better than mine, but that's only because it's currently a rust bucket with holes in the floor and missing rockers etc. Ha!

Much better without the trim in the flames, but I'd lose it all personally. I like spoilers on some, but it seems to me that if it needs to be so low, then the rest of the truck needs ground effects or to be lowered to balance things out. That being said, I still think they did a great job on alot of it. I'd hate to see my heap on there unless it was getting overhauled. They'd be hollering at me for the fluids and rust laying on the floor

Very nice truck with a lot of $$$ invested but for me it's a little to much. But thats me and my old age showing.. As said a lot money and work went into that fine lookin truck. Thanks for sharing.

I like what 1LoC10 did to it but I would have got rid of that lower molding to. Nice truck though

How about .............no. As it has been said I respect the work but you can overdo it in my opinion. Just because you "put a lot of money" into it doesn't make it automatically cool or awesome. I can put 50 grand and a lot of time into a Pinto doesn't mean it is the best one ever.

Why I like these trucks is that they are like a canvas. They are the best looking truck out there. No offense to the other year trucks and other makes. These trucks though are the only truck that you can put a 6 foot lift or lay rockers and looks good doing it. You can have a 10k paint job or if lucky the original paint and in between and they look cool.


I was brought up that if you don't have nothing nice to say, keep your mouth shut. I understand that we all have an opinion, but it doesn't mean we have to express it everytime. I would like to see some one say "I threw up a little in my mouth" or "that's fugly" to their wife/lover/significant other, after buying a new outfit and see how that flies. I am guessing you won't be having any sex soon. I'm off my soapbox. Everyone have a great day.

Never much liked phantom grills and I think the upper moldings on all our trucks are terrible.... Not becuse I don't like the idea but my OCD brain hates how they never line up.

Personally, that truck isn't what I would build. But i agree it is a very nice truck and has had some nice work and a lot of money thrown at it. I'd still cruise in it, until I got to the shop to change some stuff.
