Nice truck man. I wouldn't get rid of it either.

What's the story on that GN in the background?

Wow, what an overwhelming response! Thank you guys so much for the kind words. You guys are way too nice. I'm looking forward to taking the truck to some of the local shows in the spring, hopefully I'll meet a few of you there.

I'm not sure! I'll investigate further this weekend, when I'll have more time to familiarize myself with it.

Great looking truck, and I know that if you decide to part with that truck you'll have several board members biting at the bit to buy it.
I'd hate to see it go, but I'd definitely sell it for the right price. It'd be the centerpiece of someone's collection for sure.

I'm not sure - the pictures were actually taken by the previous owner and that is his GN (and his Ford Dually, offshore boat, etc).

Thanks again guys - hopefully I'll be able to take some pics and post more soon.

It's perfect...right down to the Invader 350 valve covers. Dont change a thing!

Drop looks like a 2/4 w/ 255's on 10" ralley. I really like the setup

Was the Invader 350 what they called the small blocks back then? I've been trying to find out more info on that engine without much luck.

You have a very nice truck..... Definitely a keeper.

I thought that the "Invader" sticker on the valve cover was a GMC thing? Anyone know for sure?

Can't believe I didn't see this thread before now. Gorgeous truck! How long/how many miles since it was restored?

I would be torn between storing/showing it or driving it..... ummm on second thought, I would not be able to let it sit much, I know I'd be driving it.
