Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Radiator Overflow Container

I have a billet bottle bolted to the side of the radiator and the hose connects from the bottom. Has been there over eight years

Question Re: Radiator Overflow Container

I am kinda lost. I thought a one gasket type cap with the overflow hose going to bottom of a vented container would work.

Coolant gets hot and expands building up pressure - pressure forces excess coolant passed spring in cap - going into bottom of vented container.

Coolant cools off forming vacuum in radiator - vacuum 'sucks' coolant from vented container back into radiator.

This wont work?

The cap in an open system acts like a check valve.

Re: Radiator Overflow Container

I haven't found a coolant reservoir that suits me yet, so I just used the wiper reservoir.

I have the billet coolers on my 55, on the power steering, transmission and radiator.

I got it on ebay. I think it was a 10 inch. Came with brackets that I mounted to core support. ran over flow tube underneath radiator.
