Re: Another great place to show off the cheyenne!

Hey everyone! Thanks a lot for all your compliments about my ride...
It is my daily driver, it is got a 3.5"-5" drop stance using belltech and ECE
suspension parts, wheels are 20's with bigger and wider tires on the back(about 31" tall) I like to play with the tire sizes (front and back) instead of having different wheel sizes. I will post more pictures of the truck later on. Here is my dad's duramax, sister's c/k and my cheyenne...I dont think we like blue ovals

Re: Another great place to show off the cheyenne!

That thing has a great stance with the wheel/tire/drop setup you are running.

How long have you owned the '72?

I've had it for about 8 months, Im not thinking about painting it anytime soon,
I might add a tail pan, and all the moldings missing on the tailgate.

IMO, if I'm thinking of the same piece, I would stay away from adding the tail pan/roll pan. Your truck is one of only a handful of original trucks left out there. I would find a set of sport bumper brackets and find a clean original rear bumper.

That truck is perfect the way it is as many have mentioned. In the end it's your truck, so good luck with the decision, and whatever you decide that will always be one sweet truck!

Can't wait to see more pics (interior/motor...)

U might be right. I will bolt on an original chrome bumper, currently it doesnt
have one cause it came with one of those old heavy duty step bumpers, so
I just yanked that think off and left it this way, stay tunned, will post more
pictures soon!

Definitely nice truck - I'm not a fan of larger rims, but those look really nice on there - being such a classic design really sells them too!
