I basically bought all new hardware for the door and painted my door panels. Cleaned them up and painted. I am getting everything from LMC Truck site (paint included).

very nice truck and the interior looks great...did you use the stain paint from lmc truck that they offer for interior refinishing...if so what was the process like? thanks

The process was quite easy. Since you already get the color paint that somewhat matches the whatever factory you have I simply washed all the panels, dried them and simply sprayed paint them. I would put 3 or 4 coats b/c you dont want to go on heavy. Once I felt comfortable with the results I let dry and it does have a glaze of dry paint on the surface (paint that simply is like dust). Wiped it off with a dry towel and that was it. Pretty easy stuff.

Im getting ready to purchase my seat belts and put in a nice radio system. Get some nice floor mats and it should be where I want it.
