Fellow about a mile from here has one like her, and he wouldn't part with it.

is this motorhome still for sale? What kind of car trailer would you trade for? Going to check out another motorhome a few miles from me tomorrow. Found a local here in town that has quite a collection of these old chevys, apparently.

Bad Turbo.. Yes the motorhome is still for sale.. I am looking for an "open" tandem axle car trailer.. 17 - 19 feet long with a winch on the front.. Ideally a "Featherlite" all aluminum tilt bed... but will consider all...

qksilver Thanks for asking... Its not for sale now... Over the weekend my girlfriend decided she would rather have the Suburban over her 98 Toyota Tacoma 4X4.. So I gladly gave it to her.. We are in the process of pulling the engine and trans in order to redo the trans and paint the firewall..

Livrat,

I appreciate the WD40 offer, but I'm way past that. We find that hi-temp grease works well.

Sorry, but I couldn't let this one die. I am seriously considering trying to make a deal to buy this and how to get it home. I just did a mapquest search and it is just over 2200 miles from you to me. Holly crap, thats a long way.

here is my mistake. I showed the Wife and little boy this thing last night and they went nuts for it. They are ready to sell the farm to get this thing here.

Let me work on some things behind the scenes and I will get back with you. "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain". Twisting knobs, pulling levers, smoke screens, lights and whistles.

Would you feel fairly confident that this could be driven all the way to Dallas Area?
