Re: My 58 Brookwood

That intake sure is purdy! I just gifted myself the Terminator X Max harness for my LQ4. Pretty ingenious little device. Looking forward to hearing it start up. Let me know if you're in need of some headers. I have some on the side of my garage with no place for them to go so happy to gift them elsewhere. Might work well in a sedan if you add some turbos...

Re: My 58 Brookwood

That level of engine work is beyond me. Very impressive though. How do you know if you missed a part?

I finally got all the valve springs in one head, These are the good 823 castings with 2.165 intake valves, rectangle intake ports, and D shaped exhaust ports.

1. New head gaskets came in yesterday, so we put the heads on. Put the headers on and pushrods in. Even started putting the rockers on.
2. I bought billet 1.7:1 roller tipped rockers that are stamped LS3

Re: My 58 Brookwood

1. Wyatt decapping injectors
2. This is a decapped injector next to a stock one. We are using dephi Truck injectors with the proper adapters. Decapped they flow 80lb/hr!
3. we installed the new 102mm electronic throttle body. We also discovered that the upper outlet on our 04 Silverado water pump interferes with the electric throttle body
4. a 2010 Escalade water pump was ordered
