david, here are the additional pics i promised. it has more then surface rust, but the the box is still very solid. the 'L' shape bracket was badly rusted. i had to grind the bolts off to remove it. it can be easily replaced with a standard 'L' piece of steel. let me know what you think.

hye Brian, what was the last on the seat slider brackets? last i read, someone passed, if they did, i'm interested. (they are for chevy, correct?) thanks
