I'm not too far away from there if you want me to go take some more pics but I can't get there until the weekend.

Re: nice find in LA
aint 25$ a little steep to keep people from making fun of your truck but it looks like a nice start to a project to me depending how the work was done

Re: nice find in LA
It aint steep at all when you consider all the info you get here in addition to being able to sell your parts.

Re: nice find in LA
My son is almost 5 but never talks about Blues Clues. He's into Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Pirates, guns, knives, swords and anything else that shoots or cuts. I may be dense, but I assumed that there are no blue colored dogs, or maybe I just can't see them as blue due to my color blindness. Growing up, I never understood why "green" meant "go" since I could not see the green color in a green street light. It looks like a dirty white to me.

Re: nice find in LA
Thanks. Bluish-gray makes more sense. I was thinking a straight blue, which makes no sense. I can't see the blue in blue-gray. SO, I must be seeing just gray when you all see the blue and the gray.

Re: nice find in LA
Yeah, exactly! Kind of like a weimaraner's color. It is such a beautiful color. And because blue pits are so rare, the women flock to him and I love it.

Re: nice find in LA
I guess trucks, guns and dogs/gerbils go hand in hand. I guess I need a pet now.

Re: nice find in LA
Wow, did this thing take a U-turn since I posted! I have used a chain to lock my hood on a truck before so I really didn't mean any offense by that?! I have 3-dogs and too many guns do I quailfy for any free government money?! No, just wondering??

Re: nice find in LA
I actually had a chain on my 71 Mustang hood for many years and it was a PITA to get on and off BUT, it kept the battery thieves away.

Re: nice find in LA
I could see 2100 but can't see 4100 unless the rig has a lot more going for it than shows in the add.
As far as getting one's nose out of joint because of the comments about the area being rough, that is pretty well documented but than I live in world Famous Toppenish, Wa which doesn't have any better reputation. |
