So Fastwillie,
Did you buy your Truck there or did you have them complete it for you?
Is there a Story behind it/or the Build?

Roger

Roger
i bought my truck from a estate sale last sept. .the pervious owner was a auto shop owner/mechanic ,he pass away and his sister was trying to sell it for over a year ,then her lawyer let his friend who own a dealership to sell it for them ,he put the truck on CL ,i saw the ad so i called i was looking for a replacement truck from my last one i owned 70 gmc 355 supercharged due to illness i sold it ,so after looking over the truck.i made a offer to the dealership and he called the lawyer ,lawyer jump all over my offer of 9k. so i took it to sonoma county street rodz and told him what i wanted to do with the truck ,so before x mas i took in to him and he started with the narrowing of the frame and rearend ,had order axles from dutchman ,did the rear brakes and coil over 4 link with varishock quickset1 ,also i found on CL a brand new tci transmission turbo 400 ,my buddy at perfomance driveline torn apart and added transbrake and new guts ,so its complete tci trans ,torque converter, cooler, fluid too, deep pan ,then we found out the rusty headers were the wrong headers and were rubbing against the lower control arm ,plus the motor mount was cut to fit the headers in place,so changed the headers and motor mounts (tubular ) ,then i wanted to go back to stock height on spindles ,so i traded spindles to another customer who wanted 2 in drop ,so i got his stock he got my 2 drop, then i order the tubular a arms since i was taking it apart any way ,then the power booster .PV .and drilled rotors and calipers new hoses the works,i took the fuel tank out and relocated the battery to the back of the bed ,with fuel cell 13 gal. and tubb the wheel wells. fuel pump and filter to the rear and frame rail ,up graded the fuel hose to proper size .the exhaust new pipe to the flowmaster 40 ,PO just added them on
then the bed was dented up and missing a tailgate ,found TG on CL it was media blast but had small push in dents by every letter ,so they paint the bed and rhino line the inside of the bed and tonnuea cover installed and paint to match .billet wheels order 15x14 with 31x18.5 x15 .fronts 15x6
i had the line lock and transbrake and fuel pump switches added to the guage panel ,
giants logo reupolstery done with orange seat belts (airplane style) oh radiator 4 row and electric fan 15 inch pusher

so that the story behind the truck ,i took it a car show today and once i pulled in and park it ,it was like shark circling around they saw new meat
