That has to be one of the nicest stock/custom trucks to come around here in a while. The hard work and endless money has definately payed off, and you own a really nice truck.

Very, very nice! It's exactly what I'm going for with my '71. Would you mind posting your tire/wheel specs?

I would simply level out the truck by lowering the back end therfore the front end should not bottom out.

Wow, your truck is looking sweet!! I may have to go check it out in person when I get home in the summer (or maybe even Memorial Day Weekend, I'll be home for a few days ). What do ya think? Maybe take me for a spin?

Stearing wheel is a Grant

MIkeJ, The wheels are American Racing Torque Thrust II Classics
Rears are 15 x 10 Reversed Rims w/295/50, front are 15 x 8 Reversed Rim 235/60

Phanton Dually, Nothing by any means bottoms out on the truck, The rear axle has 3in between axle housing and frame and I didn't want to notch the frame, The original specs on the front when ordered was to be about 1.5 inches higher. I don't mind so much the look of the front end being low like it is but I am not getting any weight transfer to the rear, My first day out and not even close to being tuned I snapped the throttle and the truck went sideways a few times.

72c10step, I have no problem with anyone stopping by...

Again, I thank everyones comments on my truck.

Very very nice truck! How much did the bezel and glove box cost? I went to the link you have, but there are no prices.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I just got back from the alignment shop after replacing upper and lower control arms to raise the frontend up a couple of inches that it should have been to begin with and also to have the rear diff aligned from the 4 link suspension. I had to put a set of stock wheels on the rear with some snow tires for the alignment machine. This truck has to have wide tires, almost everytime i would get into it the truck would go sideways.

MikeOJ: I dont remember where I got those seat belts from but was easy install, I think GMC Pauls has a complete setup including middle seat belt for resonable money.

67Chev, I'm not sure or remember the exact price on the dash setup inpart because it was part of the deal with the Glove box, If you went to his sight there is a phone number to call and just speak to Javy, Pretty descent guy and I am quite happy with the dash. He can give you what ever his current prices are. Oh and mention to him you saw a pick of my truck and the info was there to call him. Dash does not come with guages..

I think my granddaughter in Rhode Island (aka Ro Deyeland) would say, "Wicked cool".

Sharp short. My truck is supposed to be black. Seeing another black truck just makes me itchy. Hoosierbanker????
