Danny,
I can't beg, borrow or steal a pair of nice correct front caps...so I am just cutting the centers out of 2wd caps for the front. I even use the 73-7?, same style, but with centers that dip in.

Hidden fuel filler

Tennman, you state"I'm still recooperating from the sidemarker gas filler !!! *L*"

How did your hidden fuel door turn out? I'm about ready to tackle this same project, any pointers that you can give?? By looking at Classic Heartbeats website tutorial it doesn't look that bad to do....but then again everything looks easier on paper!!

I must say that the big block conversion looks like it was very nicely done!

New Ride

What everyone else say's and more! Very cool truck!
I've been searching for those factory caps (rear for me) and finally found some on a mini road trip picking up a parts truck. Guess what else he had for me...? Yep, tow hooks too!

Really? I have 2 sets of nice ones. One I just put on the old GMC plowtruck, the other is going on the crappy looking burb when I ditch the wagon wheels. I'd trade a set for a nice 67 SWB stepside bed ... rust-free and delivered of course.

Hubcaps

Here is a beautiful set. Not more than a few tiny dings. Pop out the centers and paint the bows blue. You have to cut out the centers on two for the front hubs.
They are $100 boxed & shipped.
