I am very surprised by the number of OCHRE lovers out there. A few years ago you would only find myself and Jeff(CPNE) out there fighting for the squash, baby poop colored trucks of the world. I have 2 suburbans and one long bed in THE BEST COLOR ever.

Hugger orange, gloss black, or a 2 tone Blue with white look best on these trucks. IMO

All of these colors look great!
Interested in those with the Dodge blue color.
Believe it is Intense Blue Pearl from a 98 Dodge.
Paint code number I think is PB3. Base/clear.
My question is the LWB looks to be a lighter color than the stepside. Could just be the camera setting, light, etc. But - which picture comes closest. Lighter or darker?
Thanks
Paul

First choice would be orange and white

Second choice olive and white

Third choice blue and white

My truck is Ochre, and i love it! I really used to hate the color, but it kinda grew on me . Even though i have comtenplated painting it a different color...it is gonna stay ochre. The other good colors on these trucks are Hugger Orange, Black, and Dark Metallic Green. Red is OK, but about 6 out of 10 of these trucks seem to be red.

I just did my '69 stepside with get this...a Ford color! (it's the only thing Ford that will go on it though)

It's called Grabber blue and was used from 1970-78 or so on Mustangs and trucks/vans. There's no mistaking my truck when you see it coming at ya. LOL

You'll have to excuse the quality of the pic. My scanner sucks! Hoping to get a digital camera soon. The blue is actually much brighter than this pic.
