well, mine's a shortstep, which is exactly what I'd want for street machine. What I'd really like to have though is a 3/4 ton long fleet, 4x4, 4spd. I like both for different reasons, the long fleet would be a lot better work truck than what I have now.

I don't Know, I have a 02 Silverado SWB V8 LS 1/2 ton and a 72 Cheyenne 402 1/2 Ton LWB Being that I really use my 72 for recreation, I don't mind the lwb. I like to load my camping gear and still have room for my dog. In my 02 I don't. Nothing beats and 8' oak floor.

You crazy americans all got it wrong.. It's not short bed, or long bed. It's a short box or a long box, eh. Now, lets talk about the features & benfits of the metric system.

I don't want to hijack this thread but I thought it went along with the theme of snapping pics while driving around. I snapped this one on my way home today. I don't know if it will turn out good because it was getting dark and my flash hit my side mirror. I liked the stance though

It's good to see people out enjoying these old trucks, I like them both.
