Send a note to teeitup about the power steering conversion, he will know. I have the same setup on my 67 4WD, I think it can be converted anyway, you just have to dimple or modify the frame (spacers may work) to accept the new power steering box. For the power brakes, just add a brake booster to your drum brake master cylinder.

If you want discs you will want to go to an open knuckle axle. You should be able to get an '80s axle with discs already. Make sure you get a Dana 44 or 60 not a GM Corprate axle. 4:56s may be tought to find stock so you may have to change the gears.
