Just a suggestion.
Why don't you skip using that round light bumper from LMC and just recess the turn signal lights into the radiator support after you use an upper opening trim setup? The finished look in the daylight would reveal no turn signals at all, but when the lights came on you could have them mounted anywhere deeper inside the grill--top or bottom insert--it doesn't matter.
The finished look would be very clean and match the "intended design" of the grill inserts without a big lens in the way. Probably a lot easier to fabricate too--AND you get to use a stock front bumper without any cutouts for the blinker lights.
