It's just a truck and you cannot take it with you. I put mine up for sale.

I didn't hardly touch my car while in college (lived close to campus and rode a bike). Get a mountain bike and keep your truck.

With a good driver a Mach 1 will give a lightly modded LS1 a good run.

Beater all the way. Get yourself a $500 beater and drive your bad a$$ truck on the weekends.
I drove a 77 Honda Accord til it died, not cause I had to but mostly for milage, and also because people would stay the hell away from me on the road! Thats big in So. Cal. I also loved to park between Mercedes and BMW's

The Mach 1's are blown. I read the story in Hotrod on the factory Mach 1's. They got a blower on them.

They added the blower to the car in HRM. The Mach was one of the quickest cars I have owned. It was pretty fast, but it started going downhill after a year (Falling apart). It didn't help that my closest Ford dealership service department is full of retards, either.

Jesus H Christ!! THEY ARE NOT BLOWN, NOT SUPERCHARGED, NOT TURBOED. They are 100% N/A and if you had a mach 1 with a blower it was not stock. END OF STORY!!
Eric...you need to go for a ride in my car....and its slow haha

I agree with pissonnos. I hear it alot about my daily driver. Although I'm not in the same budget category as you, same thing applies. You're not going to get your investmetn ouyt of your truck. You may lose even more now because so many people are thinking what you are now, I can't afford to drive this everyday. MY truck is paid for, yeah it eat's probably twice the gas most folks rides do, plus I put on way more miles than a lot of folks, but I am still ahead of them financially. Even all the miles I do , I am still pumpin less money into my truck than they do with a car note, higher insurance and all the other routine maintenance items.
MY $.02, keep you truck, you'll hate yourself later. Maybe slack off on the custome stuff for a while and just keep it running good. I think you will be way ahead financially than if you dumped the truck and started all over again. Buying a second car just for work isn't going to help you much either, as the extra cost of two rides. Truck on Brother!!!

The mach is very similar to the 99 & 01 Cobra, except it got all 305 HP. It has a 32V 4.6L engine, but has a solid rear axle. The 5 speed cars got the 3.55 gears, but the auto cars only got 3.27 gears. My auto was still plenty quick, as it shifted right at about 6000 and did not have near the wheelspin or wheelhop the 5 speed cars had.
