Is this plate welded on I will email the guy I got the roll bar off of and ask him if their is a plate under the bed.

VT I think he's talking about backing plates for the rollbar. I don't have them either yet, need to make some, should be pretty easy.
Gary, so you have the short seatbelt retractor for the passenger side and there is no hole to mount it on the vertical, just like in the picture? And like VT said, should have a captive nut to bolt it to.

I made mine in autobody... WAy back in HS
the other guy in town doesnt have any, he just welded his in - and its not a junker neither so i dont get it!??!? I have a question for you guys (That i know the answer to - i found out haha) IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEAT A ROLL BAR PROPERLY IN A BLAZER WITH OUT TAKING THE TOP OFF!!?!?!?!?! This is a good one... |

71 jimmy no hole I will have to drill one and put a nut on the back

Oh, so i guess you already found out too, heh.
No welding is needed for the roll bar if you use the plate things underneath the wheel wells instead of just washers.. |
