Hey guys i thought id chim in.I havent been on the board for a while. As my name implies,i have started on a 71'"tahoe".Thinks have been slow going after last winter. The roof of my shop collapsed due to have snow. The roof of the burb i was modding took the majority of the fall.I havnt worked on the burb/tahoe since i had to move it to storage. The roof of the shop is almost finished. As soon as the shop is back up i'll be back at it hard.I think it will really show off some of my fab skills.I'd like to debut it at SEMAin 07' fully finished,to show of my shop and my be get some magizine coverage. Some of my work can be seen on the cover of augusts' issue of trucking,in the form of the heros' truck owned by dale ison.So i hope all will go well this winter.I'll get some pics as soon as the tahoe resurfaces.

this might be a better angle to show the shortening on that custom burb

Just a little out of the rear I believe. Unbelievable work on that and the crew cab too.

I want to see a 115" wheelbase Blazurban/Tahoe. I am seriously considering making mine 12" shorter in WB and 20" shorter overall. Gotta finish the '61 first...

Re: Shorty Burblazer

Here's the other one I was thinking of. Now that I look at it again I think it just had the rear shortened and one piece windows installed all around, but no reduction in wheelbase.

Re: Shorty Burblazer

Since we're venturing outside the realm of 67-72 how about some 55-59... These were the first bodystyle I started shortening and still one of my favorites.

Re: Shorty Burblazer

The wheel base needs to be shortend to make the wheel centered in the space between the back of the door and te back of the vehicle. if that was changes it would make them really cool. Aaron

Hey Frizzle Fry, are any of those pictures for real, or are they all photoshopped?

Real ones are #1,15,31, 34, and 38. Otherwise all of my posts are chops. I don't think there are any real ones other than those. Hope someone can prove me wrong...
