Don't think I'd change it, myself, but if you just hafta do it, my opinion is to ghost on some flames like in # 5 (Don't go full length back onto the bed, tho) with only a slight variation in the amount of gloss in the flames. Have to look again, just to be sure they're really there sort of a thing .......

I'd have to agree that if you go flat black, try some pinstipe flames, i think it'd look awesome like that. I like how it sits now too...

I vote: sell your beautiful truck and build another. Darn Nice Looking Truck and I love the color combo. Reminds me of one of my favorite VW Bus color combos (not joking, really).

Your truck needs some pinstriping....either mild or wild....should do the trick then.

I definitely would not paint it.....but...it is YOUR truck!!

I really like it how it is now too. The different paint and one hell of a motor makes it unique. I would vote to hold on to it and try to sell it for 3x what its worth..and if it dont sell--oh well..

It is still a base/clear coat if done right. A flattening agent is used in the clear coat. All the rage with the young crowd now. The shop doing work on my wifes car was finishing 2 cars and had one in the lot with the flat paint and this is a small shop.

If you decide to keep it, I would go all out ol skool. Suede black, hot rod flames , big shifter with a cool assed shift knob, steelies, blanket seat cover, flame throwers, pinstriping etc.

Hey, ya can't go wrong with a nice suede paint job and hot rod flames

I personally like the flat red and flat black two tone pic, but I would leave it alone and do another as it is already sharp as hell
