You can see how things just do not line up in picture with their parts on the truck. This is norm with them.

That's the first thing I noticed when I picked up the catalog.

86swb....How do you know any of those parts even came from LMC????? That picture may have been taken of someones truck at a show for just the headlights.

You are right. I do not know for sure but it is the same quality that they sell.

I've ordered small things from them. I've never delt with their customer service. I always use the catalog for reference, then ordered online. Then I know what I'm getting, and don't have to deal with someone that apparently doesn't know about what they're selling.
I also agree with mocwon. They wouldn't be in business if they weren't doing something right.

SAme for me. I could not get any help out of their customer service. They really are just phone answerers. Really frustrating...took my business elsewhere.

That said, they do have some god drawings in their catalogs to show how things go together.

I even buy a few things from them. I feel much better paying something back for all of the catalogs & mailing.
I wouldn't feel right just "taking" and "using" and not giving a little in return.
...and I really don't have any problems with them, but maybe I just know what I am buying, so I don't get the surprises some people do.

I believe the point is that they sell parts for our trucks and regardless of what the picture is "supposed" to sell for them they should have paid attention to the rest of the picture.

For instance if I sold lingerie and sent out a catalog with the picture of a really cool thong panties on a fat hairy man. The underwear could be the hottest thing in the world but the way I portrayed them is gonna be what everyone notices. It's their perogative, but not the best marketing ploy imo.

Obviously not the worst marketing ploy– from what you've posted.
