Hey, VTBLAZER, do not lie to us. You are not going to work on Monday, you and all of your work buddies are going to be sitting outside looking all over your new truck for at least a couple of hours. I know I would.

Bumper guards aren't too bad. Steps need to be yanked even if you replace them with something that goes with the truck. Regardless you made an awesome purchase. Don't worry about the bought not built part. Some times it's much cheaper and certainly quicker to buy what you need.

All in all it's a sweet truck...

Sharp truck!!! Just how I like them. I've pulled some huge loads behind my blue K20 and it has never let me down. Once I fixed GM's screw ups on my ZZ4 that is....
Haven't towed anything with my green K20 yet, but with 4.56 gears it should do even better.

Bought is not a bad thing. Someone likely put all kinds of time and $ in it and probably took a loss. I bought mine mostly done but made some changes to make it my way. Nice truck BTW.

Thanks all...

It's always interesting what a 'new to you' truck shows you in the first couple weeks of new ownership.

This is the nicest truck I've yet to buy outright to date, it's 95% exactly what I wanted, so I did good - real good IMO.

Gives me 5% to play with and make my own too.

So of course I set up a photo op.
I feel pretty good about this pair.

VT:
What's the latest on your SWB 4X4. I was enjoying your progress pics. Last I saw, you had painted the inside of the cab. Are you still working on it? Any new pics.

Yes correct,
Unfortunately though, the first post he made was to sell the truck.
