Ok ... Im about 5'6 although I feel like Im getting shorter everyday ... My boys make me feel like Im shrinking! and I weigh about 115 lbs oh .... and Im 30 ish!

Before I give mine out, I just wanted to take a sec to give HeavyD props: Obesity is a disease and most people don't recognize they're obese or just plain don't care. It's always nice to see someone actually DO something about it. You have my full respect man, and I hope you reach your goal.

I'm 29, 6'2" and fluctuate between 170-185 lbs.

In high school, I was 6' tall and weighed about 125. At 21, I weighed around 135. When I moved away @ 25, I gained 95 pounds in less than 6 months to put me at my cap of ~220 lbs.

Managed to lose that 40lbs pretty easy in about 18 months : I stopped drinking coke, stopped eating fast food completely (I was a McD's double cheeseburger fanatic), cut most of my bread outta my diet and quit goin to keg parties.
