Re: one piece side/door windows for 73-87????

I bet someone here could make a template out of thin gauge metal and have glass made it that spec. But I know there are problems to that

Re: one piece side/door windows for 73-87????

Thanks for the warm welcome! Okay I get it I'll live with the vented windows. I'm sure someone will do it, wehn you refer to Superman do you mean Chip Foose???? I'm sure he could do it....hahaha. I'm not new to the truck scene just new to this forum, my first truck was a 94 chevy standard short body dropped on 20's...... I have similar plans for this truck. I'm sure I'll be posting a lot on here so thanks for the overwhelming responses so far!

For sh*ts and grins, I E-mailed info@chipfoose.com and "put in a request".

I doubt I will hear back, but you never know...and it didn't cost me anything.

If anyone can do it, the Mythbusters will find a way. How cool would it be to have a job where you get paid to have fun and blow sh*t up?

While it seems like a simple thing to do, putting one piece glass in 73-87 trucks is no easy task. NO ONE makes a kit for them yet. It may happen someday, but right now it does not exist. There a lot of problems trying to make a glass for our trucks, and so far no one has been able to get the glass made that works.

When it happens, EVERYONE will know....

Brothers has one piece glass kits for 73-87 listed in their new catalog. No pics but the price is just under $800.00 so it looks like this kit does exist.

Brothers? I've never heard of them. Do you have their web address/phone number?

Thanks
