Russel, just use the old two bolt type of mount on your new 700R4. The mounts interchange freely between the Th400 and the 700R4.

Re: apology

Walk it off slugger. I had my hand slapped last year (I think) about an avatar. It wasn't a slap towards me as a user since I have met very few mods personally. Just dust yourself off and get back in the game.

Cool, didn't know that!

I tried to put a mount from a SM465 onto a TH400 once, and that didn't work at all, so I always assumed they were different between the different tranny types

Dude, I've been suspended, had my avatar changed, my profile modified, and my CP locked...... I'm still here.

Re: apology/whats up with this POSTS MERGED

How many different threads can one person start about the exact same complaint.
I love this place. It has saved me countless hours of research, trial and error. If you must leave, I wish you well. And good luck finding a fraction of this information in one place out there on the web.

Re: apology/whats up with this POSTS MERGED

He asked if anyone had a tranny for his truck OR how to adapt the 700r4. The first part is a wtb, plain and simple. If I had been the mod to see it, I would have edited it.

Tony your welcome to stick around, or leave, it's up to you.

But you're not gonna find the amount of info anywhere else that can be found here.

Tony come back and post some pics of your ride

Hey ! don't go trashing this forum ! this is one of the most friendly outgoing fun sites around. It's not overtaken by a bunch of old fuddy duddies stuck in the 1950's like some sites, and they give you respect for you replies and leeways in your answers.Go to some other site, they won't even post a reply like yours!
