I have a 1979 gmc heavy half is that considered a c1500? because I cant fid any kick panels for it anywhere its a 2wd shortbox I havent got any clue what it's classified as cause the heavy half throws me and everyone else I ask off when im looking for parts and stuff

i'd imagine it falls as a normal half ton- only the suspension and axles are different (i was told a heavy half is a half ton with 3/4 ton running gear)

A "heavy Half" is a C1500 or C10 1/2T truck with 3/4T rear leaf springs. As far as interior pieces go, they are all the same...
