So far I have used an air powered cut off wheel and a hammer and chesiel.. I will post pics untill I am done..

Yes, they have the inner panel also.
Make sure you retain the bolts for the rockers, both inner and outer/front and back.

Any cheap air fairs going on right now?

I did not get too much done today it was more of a cut fit cut fit cut fit followed but weld cool weld cool weld cool I seem to be getting it...

Looks like I am gonna have to stretch the replacement pannel up around the curved section of floor.. Also found out the rockers have been replaced at one point check out the bogger job... The rockers are solid so I am gonna see if I can save the rocker pannel but make em fit nicer like the floor.. Kurt I dont know about air fairs maybe you should just drive the blazer so we can go wheeling while your here helping out..

French, good work! The only drawback to not replacing the rocker panels is you will not be 100% sure of the condition of the lower a pillar (front) and b pillar (rear). Given the work you've done so far it would be a shame not to replace those IF they need it. Here's an idea of how bad they can be, even when the outer rocker looks solid... And an after shoot, if I can do this anyone can!

Ya roger I have been thinking about just pulling the rockers offand if everything is good then I ll just weld them back on.. Gotta go get to work need this done soon..

The passenger side is done I had some bad luck and ran out of gas and batterys in the camera this was the last shot I got before the batterys died..
