Re: looking for spicy (customed) pics of 69 - 72 C10s

Looks like that red jimmy has a 67-68 hood with the 69-72 style top bar. That took some work...

Re: looking for spicy (customed) pics of 69 - 72 C10s

cool looking rides .
the lowering does look funny on the yelow truck shot from the back on the public road , it looks like a stock truck riding on the drums after someone nicked its wheels :P

Love the pictures, thanks for reminding me why I bought and have been stocking up on so many rust free 67-72's over the years. I think I'll go and delete all my forsale adds in the trucks for sale thread. JOHN

Re: looking for spicy (customed) pics of 69 - 72 C10s

This is what I am doing in the bed side. This is the only one I've seen (I thought I would be the first). I am either using a Buell, or a Ducati gas cap. I had a Yamaha cap on my '68 VW. It was nice because it looked good, it was cheap, and it has a key (plus the meth heads at the gas station can't forget my cap).

Re: looking for spicy (customed) pics of 69 - 72 C10s

I want some more shots of this one:

Not a big fan of the roof, but the smoothed and shaved tailgate along with the color is perfect. That's that color I'm shooting mine at some point.

I think it`s a modified 69-up hood.Take another look and tell me what you think.Looks real nice. It`s got extra lines running back, too.Alot of suttle work there.
