Re: What did you get done this weekend
Nothing on my truck, but I did get to go see 63sbssbbw's hauler.Very nice too!
Also started on a picture frame that I agreed to do for a family member. Note to self...never agree to build anything without finding out what it is first! Turned out to be a cross shaped frame! I'm a welder not a carpenter.

I didn't float away...
I did get the right front shock installed. I got soaked doing it, but it's in there. 3 more to go and I'll be nowhere near done |

Re: What did you get done this weekend
I told the wife that we could do whatever she wanted to do this weekend because she always follows me to car shows and the parts store and never really says boo about it, well that and i hurt my shoulder at work so I can't do much in the garage. It did get me in the good books but man I had to go shopping with her and her sister all day and then finish off the honey do list later, i earned those points.

Re: What did you get done this weekend
Replaced some rust in my radiator support. Then drank beer to celebrate.

Re: What did you get done this weekend
I took a long weekend. On Thursday my daughter played her last high school soccer game at regionals, she's a senior. On Friday I finished off the brake lines on the 71 GMC, cleaned the firewall up ( makes the Ramjet 350 look better), cleaned up the shop after the mess I made getting the cab mounted. On Saturday, watched my stepson play his last football game at the playoffs, a senior also. Spent Sunday drinking beer, helping my buddy figure out why his dual gas tanks don't switch over, drank more beer, ran to another guys house to check out a snowmobile he may buy, drank more beer. Then I went to my stepdaughters house to wire in an outside light so she doesn't drop the new baby while walking to the house in the dark. I'd be doing more on the GMC but I'm still trying to recover from dropping all that money on the engine/transmission. No money=no new parts!
