Re: Seven Days
Or by bush do you mean Lloydminster???
You know, I think I have almost been there...Thought one day I would drive all the way just to cross into Saskatchewan, just to say I have been there (I know, what the heck was I thinking!!! ). But a day before, if I remember correct, the news broke of the first case of Mad Cow in North America--in Sask of all places--and I decided I didn't need to step in a cow pie!! Plus, I always forgot how far from Edmonton it was out there!!! (Used to work somewhere between Vermillion and Lloydminster about once a year, that's why I decided to regale you with a tale!) |

Re: Seven Days
Thank you for the concrete motorcycle for having the correct answer in your contest. I'd like to thank my wife, my parents, my children, Grandparnets (god rest their souls). I'd also like to thank Josh, who owns this board, whom without it, all this wouldn't have been possible. This is the best award anyone has given me in my life. I'm going to put it on my mantel (whenever I get one) so everyone can see it. Oh, and thank you nandress for having this contest with such wonderful prizes.

Re: Seven Days
What my hours of researching, typing my fingers to the bone to come up with some lame a$$ answer about politics, and rock and roll meant naught. What about my sweet sixteen answer that was wrong TOO?????
God what left in life for me now?

Re: Seven Days
But, but, but in three days I could be run over by a truck er I mean Bus. Or get that flesh eating virus and be devoured alive, or have my truck and or car fall on me when I'm out working on it alone (my wife's worst fear). Or, or, or....awwww forget it, I'll wait.

Re: Seven Days
Ok, it is obvious I have missed something. I am really not an Ostrich with my head stuck in the sand. So what was it?

Re: Seven Days
Slurp,Slurp Nice way the event came together. I wonder if the guys/gals thought about what had happened 25 years earlier when they were building your truck.
