Re: I think someone is going to be mad

I see ya got it relisted,,, good luck as someone could get a great deal !!
But as a fellow truck lover i see a problem in your payment options. Get rid of that cashiers check option,,,,they are being counterfeited
Jun 01, 2006 -- Be cautious of cashier's checks
When you receive a money order or cashier’s check from someone for a car, boat or other large purchase, you probably think it’s legit because it looks so officials. But phony cashier’s checks and money orders is a growing problem. The number of fake cashier’s checks more than tripled in the past five years and grew more than 50 percent in the past year. It’s possible because of the high quality printers out there today. They’re so good that even people in the banking business think they’re real. The fact that the clearance process is so antiquated makes the situation even worse. In 2006, it would be very easy to electronically verify that a cashier’s check is real. But banks don’t want to do that because they have less responsibility the current way and they want to keep it that way. So, anytime you receive a cashier’s check you want to meet the buyer at the bank and get real money from the bank in return.

Re: I think someone is going to be mad

Thanks Woodrow for the heads up but I would only take that as a partial to hold till pickup or till it cleared! I maybe from Alabama but I'm pretty sharp!

And a good aim with the 45!

Re: I think someone is going to be mad

I just bought one from American Rider for $60. I'm not sure it's a GM OEM battery box since its made from precision bent 1/8 steel plate with welded 1" angle iron for shelves. Two angled pieces bolt up perfectly with my NOS Tabco (USA) 50175 U battery bottom tray. I got that from LMC years ago, but they don't list it [38-6330] anymore. Now they sell the whole box.
This unit is either aftermarket or built by a very serious engineering department.
The Paddock does still sell a bottom tray, p/n BT573 for $12.95.
Boone-- I'm happy.
