I guy i know has a 65 with lambo doors. Here are a few pics i have of it. I have some more some where but have to find them. He had the lambo hinges made and as you can see they went through part of the cowl piece and under the hood. But they looked pretty good. His truck is all bare steel right now and he said that is how he is going to leave it.

The lamo oops lambo would need a lot of fabing, due to our doors beeing so heavy. Man can you imagine having one those bad boys come down on you?

Yea those doors will fool you, i remember the first time i took mine off i grabbed a hold off thinking i was going to lift a feather (wrong).

Re: lambo or suicide doors anyone ever tryed it

Probably shouldn't say but sometimes it is best to leave things original. I know i have changed a lot of stuff on past trucks and afterwards i was out more cash and really wasn't that happy with it. Afterwards wishing i had left it alone.

Man I think when it comes to hinges I might buy new ones, but I'm definitely not going with no Lambo doors.
