Re: new project for my dad.
na prolly either gonna link it or just use the one's of mine when i link it. there fine or now though just to push the truck around the yard. i'll prolly pull the motor this week along with the cab and bed. i'm gonna put the motor from mine in there cause it runs great.

Re: new project for my dad.
1lowdiesel,
Looks like a nice father/son project....and I'm really curious to see how you tackle to roof replacement...I have a decent cab with a so-so roof..and I also have a better roof section....so I really want to see how it goes for you. Also...is that a 91 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser in the background in the one pic? Sean

I'm surprised nobody's gone here yet: "That'll probably Buff-Out !!!!"
That cab might have been the pioneer of "flow through ventilation....." LOL - no offense. Looks like you're off to a good start. |

Re: new project for my dad.
ok little update... decided to just scrap the cab and use the blue one i have, figured it would be easier to just redo the rocker than fix this swiss cheese mobile. i'm giving him my bed cause i picked up some SB sides from bigblockorange that i'm gonna use on mine. got everything stripped down and ready to go off to the sandblast man.
hey it's the only place i had to put it when once i brought mine home poor little amigo.

Re: new project for my dad.
Are those the optional light weight trailing arms? I want to get a pair they must be half the weight of regular trailing arms.
Looks like a fun project, and I am glad to see you changed cabs.

Re: new project for my dad.
mike the seats worked great they bolted right in. i looked at some pics of the frame it came out real nice. i'm goinna use the same stuff on my dads.
67cst it's an isuzu amigo. sniper i'll have to check and see what i got i might have a door, i too need a radiator so sorry there. as for the trailing arms i'm gonna make new ones out of dual 1 1/4" tubing side by side that'll look pretty sweet.
