Re: Houston/Spring trip

I just posted a link in the regions forum. Also, when I say "I" will be there, I mean my wife and I of course My son may come also if he decides not to stay with his Grandma.

Yeah he know now. I talked to Carlos last night and he might try to come too. It's up in the air if I can make it as well since my Service Manager is on vacation and I have to work this weekend.

N2TRUX & 72CSTC5, Sorry to hear that you guys ran into problems. Carlos, I hope your wife is feeling better by tonight. I had a kidney infection a couple of years ago and I know that kind of stuff is no fun. The wife, granddaughter, and I will be leaving in the morning to go back to Iowa but I will be down again.

We had a great time at lunch and talked a lot of truck. (that's a lingo all it's own) ....

That makes a total of 5 great board members I have met. JDL, 68C15, DIN1 (all previously) and cameeks, & BACKYARY88 today.... Life is good...

Guys I tried really hard to make the meet. Every time I would head that way, I got called to another side of town. Sounds like good times were had by all.

We hope your wife gets to feeling better Carlos. N2TRUX, sorry you had to work all day. When my bro is on call he doesn't get to slow down so I understand how it goes. Wish y'all could have made it. We had a great time. Maybe next time Leon is down we can all try it again.

Well, we made it back to Iowa OK but ran some heavy rain in Kansas. I saw quite a few 67-72 trucks in Oklahoma & Kansas but the wife and granddaughter said NO STOPPING!!.. Period.... They were in a hurry to get to the Wizard of Oz museum near Topeka... I will let everyone know when I head that way again.
