Re: Looking for Patina
My truck that none of my friends will ride in is actually celebrated and revered on this board. I love it !
Time for me to get new friends --- lol My dusty old patina truck will eventually get some new floorboards and rockers though -- its not too fun to fall through----- |

Here are some pics from when I first picked up the truck back in Feb.
I also found a few pics of a couple of my rare Buicks with the weathered look. Just doesnt fit the cars very well. Hope you enjoy, Paul |

Thanks or the compliments. I'm glad some people like it. Everyone around here keeps bustin me about and says that i should paint it, but this truck is staying the same.

Re: Looking for Patina
Mine was sorta patina when I originally got it in '97.
And then I went one step further and made a rainbow patina. |

Re: Looking for Patina
Looks good to me! I like the look a lot, I think our trucks look the best. They are just "old" enough to look right. The Florida weather is really helping mine along nicely. hahaha

Re: Looking for Patina
I bought a truck for the clip, just cause I liked the aged original paint on the clip!! Too bad it doesn't match the primer on the res of the truck?!

Re: Looking for Patina
If you like pontiacs you should see the lemans sport convertible that he has on the showroom. He closed 10 years ago and he still has it there. All that it needs is a top and paint on the rubber parts. But he won't sell it. It took forever to convince him to sell me the truck, i think that car will never get sold.
