Yea I don't think I've ever seen a 14b SF then... All the ones I've checked out (C or K) appear to have the FF. That's kinda cool to know.

Lot of misinformation in this thread...
that is definitely a 14 bolt semifloater. they are definitely not stock to GM trucks until the 80's, in both 6 and 8 lug flavors. the "informative website" you were linked to was wrong, there were no 14 bolts at all in the 60's, especially not the SF. I don't know how people could get this confused with the Eaton, they look exactly nothing alike, besides being rear ends. The Eaton's diff cover is perfectly round and the bolts holding it on are not equally spaced. No ears on the bottom of the diff, like other corp. axles have. EDIT: oh yeah, there were semifloating Eatons as well...

Thats Definitly A 14 Bolt Semi-floater. One Small Piece Of Information That Was Not Mentioned, That Differential Was Also Offered In A 5 Lug Version. My Old 90 Ss454 Had A 5 Lug 14 Bolt Semi-floater Under It.

Apparently you can build a 10 1/2 inch 1-ton SF axle from a full floater. Interesting. Check below. Offroader site.
