Here are a couple of pics, first one is running lights and the second is brakes on. They are REALLY REALLY FRICKEN BRIGHT!!! Sorry for the crappy pics, they were just taken a few mintues ago, I wanted to take them at night with a longer exposure... HOpe this helps out in yall's decision

sorry my camera batteries died and ... well the only pic I got was in the daytime the others didnt take cause of the battery but I will get more also but like byrd showed they are great!

They are marked DOT, have red leds, have the original reflector area, so they should be compliant but you do need to check your local laws to be certain. They do carry a disclaimer that they may not be legal in your area.

yea they carry the disclaimer but they are so much brighter and better than the factory ones I cant imagine why anybody would want to give you grief.

Install tip,

If your buckets are fairly new, or in really good shape you can use
a wide flat tip screwdriver to set it in instead of twisting the wires.
(It has a slot in it just for this I think? If not it's my idea now

)

But .................. if the buckets are old and nasty, like mine, you
will have to be carefull that you don't damage the wires this way.

And my GOD are they bright, I go to work at 4am & always have
a few on my rear since I drive her slow, this aught to make them
lock em up when I get on the brakes

I have a question about these. You use the stock buckets? I have bought some clear lenses for my GMC, can I use them? I'm reading right that the leds light up red?

You reuse the factory bucket. These replace the lense and the bulbe as one unit. The LED card is epoxied into the special prupose built lense for the LEDs. The LED's are RED due to federal regulations. Red lenses are also available.
