Glad to hear that you have found a fix for the wiring problem. Those kinds of things can drive a person crazy.
I have been following this thread with much interest. So far I have not had a problem with the old wiring in my '71 C-10, but I know by the looks of it I will. One of the things on my list is to replace all the wiring back to the lights and wire in a trailer connector. You have got a lot of good input from a lot of great guys, that is what makes this site so good. Danny Southeast Missouri |

Pretty sweet huh..I was thinking of re-installing with an inverter so I can hook up my weedeater in the back yard...

Thanks for the input shy...You're right about the site..I had spent the entire second day just trying to research what the issue could be..This site provided alot of input using the search function, by wire color or by potential part. Though alot of the issues were individual, making the decision to post a new thread gave me an opporuntiy to get input on my inidvidual symptoms and frustrations.... Happy I found this site beofore I had a probelm....
