The tire you listed is 31.6 inches tall. There is no way to lower one down over a tire that tall without major modifications.

Here's a pic of mine on 22" with no drop. If I drop it at all it will only be 2" in the back. I'm afraid any drop at all in the front will cause them to rub. I'm running a fairly SHORT tire too.

Spindles or springs. IMHO I say start with spindles. Now twenty-fo's....I think your biting off more than you want to chew. Thats gonna be a hell of a lot of work just to make some wheels fit. But if your up for the task, go for it, its your truck.

I think you should recheck your math. A 275/30/24 would be 30.5" in diameter(tall).

The look of the truck is up to you the owner. If I had to do it again on another truck of mine , I would not going with drop spindles. Running 17's going thru my new neighborhood I would drag pavement. I put 20's on and the ride is good until I hit bumpy roads and it rubs the wheel well. And my tires are thin. You will have to take the inner wheel wells out and then you engine compartment will stay wet and dirty if you drive it. I drive my cars and trucks daily...

First in case ya didn't catch it the first time, I think this is active enough it doesn't need ttt all the time.

Second I wouldn't argue with these guys to much, theres enough knowledge on this board to blow your mind, a 30'' tire isn't going to fit, the pic you have yes it has 26's and it looks higher than stock. Besides I thought 80's caprices and monte carlo's where the hot ticket for donk's.

there is no way you will fit a 30 inch tall tire under that with a drop without some extensive modifying. and if you do, you wont be able to turn. those trucks that have the 26"s are at stock height and are close already around the sides. not trying to crap on your idea but just helping ya
