That doesnt look as bad as you described in the first couple of posts --- i was just imagining that the body was rusting off the frame --
up to 3000 wouldnt be too crazy at all

I didn't mean to be misleading. Here in Eastern oregon we don't get that much rust. I think that every panel has creases or dents, like he's pushing cows with it, or just a bad driver. No front grill (at all) and the interior is poor in my standards. I think your amounts on this site are reasonable. I will go with cash in hand late this weekend. I paid $350 for this 1969/396 c-10, but its a long bed so that explains it...
