I'll take the radiator brackets, and am interested in the shroud if the other deal falls thru. Larry

Re: '68 GMC and '72 C10 parts
other deal? as far as I know the shroud's available?....I was just trying to sell it as a set, hoses and all. Radiator brackets are yours for $10 + the trip (which from my recent experiences collecting $1.50-$5.00 for, has actually averaged around $6.20 ).

Re: '68 GMC and '72 C10 parts
set of 2 amber/ 2 red side markers (1 w/gray/ 3 w/black
trim) sold I wish you would have told me that one was missing the chrome loop and one had a bent loop...And you said 1 was gray and 3 black....And 3 were gray and 1 was black.. so I will just toss them. Thanks anyway....George |

Re: '68 GMC and '72 C10 parts
My apologies George but I don't think you need to "toss them".
You could have handled this with a PM though....but you didn't....obviously feeling a need to "call me out" on it here in the forum. So here ya go.... I may have made a mistake listing them and if so, I'm truly sorry. In my defense though...(besides the fact that I am on disability for spinal issues and on numerous pain/muscle medications making it hard to think) I posted a reasonably large, clear pic, and its clear to me that one side marker is black and missing the trim while the other 3 are grey. If you would have asked to claify the details on them before your purchase I would have been more then happy to do so for you. I did not intentionally list any item incorrectly, but if I had meant to mislead I wouldn't have posted as large of pic of the items nor would I have lost on shipping getting it to the buyer. You're out $12 and you're obviously not happy with your purchase. I'm not sure what you expected to get for $10 for both the complete front and rear assembly pairs, plus only $2 shipping......but you got exactly what I displayed, but unfortunately mis-listed. So here's the deal....I'm out the 4 lights + $6.20 for shipping (of which I charged you only $2 for) and only collected $12 total leaving me with $5.80 for 4 side marker assemblies (or 42% less then I listed them for). I'm not complaining...just making a point that I obviously wasn't out to screw you. What would you like me to do? I will be happy to return your money to you, if you will return my parts back to me. I don't know what else I can do for you. I stated from the beginning that I did not want to ship the items (for reasons like this, and because I'm medicated and might make a mistake)....but that's all anyone here wanted me to do. I was just trying to help the folks here out... and naturally it blows up in my face. Kurt

Re: '68 GMC and '72 C10 parts
I wasn't trying to call you out, just telling you about this matter I'm not mad about it, If $12.00 hurts me I'm in bad shape, I was just hoping to get three light's that I could use...in all honesty I didn't see that loop missing in the pic...no need to refund anything, I do think it's a stand up thing for you to offer though, I don't think of you as a cheat...Matter closed as far as I'm concered...George

Re: '68 GMC and '72 C10 parts
I was referring to the above post regarding the shroud. I was also only interested in the shroud and not the other stuff, but Woody is ahead of me. Thanks anyway, I'll pass on all of it.
