Definatly motivated on getting it back together.Been wanting to redo it but no this way,I guess just my luck.Im gonna change the grille out with a Billet tube one and do away with the bed rails and the side trim.Here's some more pics of the donor,the reason I went this route is I'll have GM sheet metal back on it.The front clip on this truck is in killer shape,its even got a 12 bolt under it too..

Suxs about your swb. Good Score on the lwb donor truck. You should be able to recoupe some cash back from that bed and cab, if they are in as good of shape as the front clip!
