I thought I was the only one. Guess I'm not rare.

I was shown some pictures of the finished product. At least it survived the junk yard.

Well, what would be our passenger side ( the truck in question's driver's) the wiper arm is not in the middle of the cowl as it is on all our truck it is more to the passenger side. That same wiper arm also sweeps the opposite way then the ones on our truck. These simple differences are not easily modified. I hope this helps.

Wink Re: 67 Right Hand Drive

The '67-72 Chev Truck Factory Assembly Instruction Manual' (phew) has a few references to RHD. From seat adjusters and carpet, to wipers and steering. A couple of pages here.... Do you think it will affect the overall performance of my truck if I only have 95degrees sweep on the right wiper?
Oh, and sorry Shane, no page numbers in the manual.

Re: 67 Right Hand Drive

Ok,that`s what I was wondering.Since the right wiper isn`t parked and the left side appears to be in the LH drive location, they would have to travel center to outside. Now I see that they were made that way rather than left to right, the opposite of LH drive.I always liked that action better.I`ve had a few vehicles with wipers that operated like that.If they aren`t just right they can collide and bind against one another.
Wiper transmission parts would be a tough cookie for replacement.I wonder if that`s what the reason is for only one wiper that is unparked.
